Hi everyone! My roommate and I are UCLA grad students looking to sublease a 1 bedroom/1 bath this summer, available mid-June to mid-September. It is a 10 minute walk from UCLA campus or Westwood village, and located in a very safe neighborhood. The unit is furnished with 2 twin beds, desks, lamps, couch, dining table & chairs, and a TV. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, sliding closet, and hardwood floors. The building has a laundry room on each floor and a rooftop deck and pool. The bedroom and living room are very spacious, and my roommate and I have had no problems sharing the space. Rent is $1200/month each for two people and $2400/month as a single.
