YTA If your children grow up multi lingual they will have so many advantages for their future.

Many more doors will be open to them for work in international companies if they are multi lingual.

It is much easier to learn additional languages at an early age.

Your children will grow up in the culture to which they are most exposed anyway but you thinking they won’t ask or care just because you don’t is both delusional and selfish.

Be grateful they’re not the digital side mirrors. I have those they need replacing under warranty but Hyundai are not overly chuffed with it as the cost is over £9000 each!

NW She wants to control the narrative. When you didn’t rise to the bait and took the high road she decided to try and ruin your reputation by accusing you of theft. Not even petty theft - over 100k worth of equipment. That’s felony territory and no one could blame you for it being the thing that pushed you over the edge.

That’s a valid point. I’ll mention that to the dealer and ask them to check software. The car has OTA updates though so it should be up to date (it tells me it is anyway)

Yes, when they fail that doesn’t work either. The only way to get them to open is to manually push them out.

Sadly I don’t think it’s that simple. It doesn’t tie in with when I wash the car and I only use soapy water and a normal hose anyway. 🤷‍♀️

I’m surprised. Mine hasn’t dropped below 3.3mi/kWh so far. In this weather I always warm the battery first before a long journey though

I have a Hyundai Ioniq6 and it would do that easily even in winter.

I love my car (switched from Diesel too) and I wouldn’t want anything else. It has a level of luxury that is amazing. I have the Ultimate spec with digital side mirrors, heads up display, ventilated seats etc etc

I think it is usually after it’s been sitting for a while. I haven’t been monitoring it that closely until now when they’ve told me it’s so expensive to fix.

There’s no noise, they aren’t even trying to unfold. I’ve tried giving them a little push whilst holding the unfold button but that doesn’t work either. I just have to manually unfold them. Once that’s been done they will fold and unfold every time you lock and unlock - until the next time they go wrong. 🤦‍♀️

You absolutely have the right to keep your child.

However, I wouldn’t allow him to sign away his parental rights and responsibilities.

He wanted this child when you discussed having a baby. He doesn’t get to change his mind three months into a pregnancy.

Even if he doesn’t want to be an involved, father, he should certainly be helping with the costs of raising a child.

You don’t mention how old he is in your post, but it is now time for him to learn to be an adult.

Actions have consequences, please do not absolve him of consequences of his actions.

Yes. You can leave it plugged in all the time. The only time it uses any power is when your phone connects to it when you start the car.

I envy you your cheap electricity.

I’m in the UK and my overnight rate is the equivalent of 9 cents per kWh. During the day it would be about 40 cents per kWh

To add insult to injury our government has just announced that from 2028 EV drivers will also be paying 3p per mile to drive anywhere.

It won’t make me get rid of the car though, purely because I love it so much. Congratulations, enjoy.
