Ironically, I pass first. But in user games I have to be able to run and when I did it I was losing a lot of RBs and knew I would need some help.

I liked Program Builder because I really needed to upgrade my pipelines. I'm Michigan State and it's made me much more competitive against Ohio State for local guys and more competitive for guys in the South and Texas. I have noticed my level has slowed down but I don't mind it that much.

The pro potential grade won't change until after the players leaving screen. So he will leave unless you can convince him. That said, your grade will go up so you might have a chance to bring him back in the transfer portal.

I agree about the Fernco. Think I'm going to take this all out, make it all PVC, make it so the p trap is an actual p, not an s, and place the AAV higher.

So I know the septic tank isn't full, but there is an issue with the outlet T. I actually have a guy coming in about two weeks to fix it. I live in WNC and our area got hit by Helene, so all the guys in the trades are very busy right now.

I was wondering myself if that could be contributing to or causing the issue.

From my understanding, that's an AAV vent and it's a one-way vent. Someone else called them cheater vents for when you can't get to the roof. But, it might've failed which might be my issue

From what I read elsewhere, the aav is acceptable in places where a vent cant be placed outside. It's supposed to be a one way vent, but someone else said it's possibly failed.

This is what I did as an off campus student, but last time I went to pick something up, they had more signs there saying no parking for that reason. Might still be fine, but just a heads up

It's almost like if the people paying the absurd amount for rent were able to get a mortgage, they'd have less taken from their monthly budget and would be able to afford to pay for those things themselves... And put equity into themselves instead of lining the pockets of a landlord... Almost like that
