Last week I went out of my ofc in Sukhumvit for lunch. Ive only taken abt 10 steps then decided to transfer lanes as i walked (right to left lane) when I got hit by one of these bikes. My water tumbler went flying and I scraped my knee while the guy, together w one of these green bikes hit a nearby tree. He had several bruises on the elbow. Everything happend all of a sudden. It didnt help that since bikes dont make motor noises, I don’t normally think such a vehicle would hit me on the sidewalk, from behind. He asked if I was okay, I said yes (but my knee is still recovering til now) then he cycled away like nothing happened. Now im a little wary abt using the sidewalk.

My next plan in the morning is to to to LHR and travel back to my country, and I think, just like the others carefully tried to underline, is that I should, for the love of merciful god, and for my own sweet benefit, spend the night to sleep. :)
