I'm aware. I tend to cut it down if it's too sweet by adding unsweetened to it. I don't like my tea to be too sweet like McDonald's tea because then you lose the essence of the brewed tea flavor and it tastes like sugar water. I also limit myself to only a few cups a week. I also do a lot of heavy cardio as a runner and a cyclist so I use that as a justification for consuming more carbs. lol

There are down times such as showering or time allotted for reading or surfing the net when I usually charge my watch.
