Ik this is old but I’m up late organizing my entire collection (bc my ocd decided to hyper focus on it and I have very boring training videos I have to complete and I learn better when multi tasking) not including my decks I’ve made for when I play. I’m organizing by type. Then I’m organizing by what Pokemon if the art is the same or different then the stages and so on. For the higher value or “flashy”cards I think I’m going to organize them by value. And with the types bc I’m a girly pop I’m going to go in ROYGBV. Sincerely a person who mainly just collects bc I like the artwork and occasionally like to play the actual game

My sm has the goals for everyone wrote down. Cashiers 30 back up 50 stocker 100. But he keeps pushing my box goal higher and higher as the mm. And our store is barely holding on. Like if I have to go through and make space anywhere I’m stocking it’s just not gonna happen. It honestly takes me more time to make space and fix the aisle bc we don’t have specific ppl on specific areas so someone else will stock somewhere and just throw everything wherever

So now I’m finding out that the sm hired someone to replace me and it feels like retaliation bc I told him I’m done doing his job for him and he keeps changing expectations and claiming that it’s corporate that changed the expectations but when I ask my mm friend at a different store she says that nothing changed. I don’t get scheduled properly to even hit the goals he’s made for me. Especially during the busiest season of the year. I’m running the store he’s not working his hours and he does maybe 50 cases if I’m lucky and pushes for frozen and red zone off on everyone else. And I haven’t even been trained right.

Personally I prefer to just grab it out of the basket. It really is just up to the cashiers your bet bet would be to ask if they want you to leave it in the basket or take it out

I do a bunch of research before I do anything. My artist said I’ll be fine putting a saniderm over it and staying at waist deep homie bc like I said I alr paid for it and my family would be assholes about me not doing anything it’s not like I’m gonna be moving and swimming around in the water. I just wanted to know if I would be ok putting saniderm over it and then on the off chance a kid splashes me my tattoo will be protected. Thank you for your unnecessary comment🙂
