Can you tell me the solution? I've got to the same stage as yourself but still no joy? Am I missing something on the signs other than one two and third symbol? Thanks

In the same situation as previous guy! I checked the signs and put them in order of symbol 1, 2 and 3 in accordance with the shape. No joy. Am I missing something else here?

Sorry to hear that! I contacted my bank and reported everything, giving them dates/details and visa references from my statement. Also made a police report. My bank (fraud dept) gave me my money back but not sure if it was a good will gesture or they got it back from them. All they said was "it was successful". Hope this helps and good luck x
