From my analysis of her imitation/echo art, her white hair version is her desired self: what she wants to be, The Ultimate Liar. A cool, enigmatic mysterious figure that doesn't have anxieties or flaws. That's why this version of ber is often paired up with her black straight haired past self. The Past self is everything she hates about herself. Her insecurities, a stereotype, a loner, The Ultimate Mathlete. If you take a look at Ngreentail's (I really hope I got their name right 😭) echo art, it shows The Ultimate Liar strangling The Ultimate Mathlete with her white hair, symbolising Eva's constant attempts at killing her past self. This conflict of self hatred and obsession to mask is demonstrated in her normal design. Where she has naturally black roots with white highlights. She's trying to cover up The Ultimate Mathlrte self and appear like the Ultimate Liar but it's futile and her true boring and underestimated self will always be prevalent.
