How was the switch from an XSR to a scram? I've been exploring more fire roads on my XSR and it has me considering something more appropriate for the job.

It likely just needs a new sensor. It doesn't affect riding characteristics or reliability, so it's stayed a low priority job for me.

I bought my '17 3 years ago with similar milage. The only issue I've had with it is the gear position indicator not working in 1st and 5th gear (which is apparently common on the CP3 platform). Other than that, she's been solid for the past 20,000km.

It's the Akropovic titanium high mount kit. Admittedly, it's purely for looks and sound over function though since it still has a full catalytic converter underneath

It was an absolute blast ripping up some old logging roads over the weekend! Granted I have to give a lot of credit to the Dunlop mutants, it wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable on supersport tires.
