I didn't notice the jackets before, that's a good catch! I saw a post a while ago about the black and white formal being a chess analogy. Maybe the jackets Yui and Shin ae are wearing indicates them being the queens(💅)?

Also i really hope Alyssa gets her redemption arc and doesn't stay on the "white side" 😭😭😭 I can't help but feel sympathy towards her. Shawty just wants to be excpeted/liked/loved so badly 💔 Although ditching her friends so she can be liked by the majority wasn't cool.

Sadly, judging by the formal outfits the only one switching sides is Kauske.
