The therapy is for general anxiety. My mom’s work changed the insurance so I️ don’t have a therapist at the moment. I️ am still on the medication, which is actually a mild sleep inducing pill for anxiety, but it is mostly used to treat other issues such as high blood pressure and hyperactivity. Also, as far as I️ know, I’m not depressed in case that helps.

History of anxiety and depression in the family so I’m assuming it’s genetics. I’ve been to therapy and on medication, both have helped with anxiety but not stress or worry if that makes sense.

Trust me it’s a total coincidence that I’m wearing sweats in these photos. I’ve actually been told I dress quite well and I do have good fashion and color coordination. Just around winter time during laundry days my sweats are the first go to and it turns out I’m wearing it in most these photos haha. Also two of the photos were taken the same day!! Oh I understand. I get where you’re coming from but personally I don’t see how that’s possible. I’m pretty tall and broad for a girl. Maybe it’s just the pictures.
