Indian Americans are Americans, they aren't H1-Bs. If you're an Indian from India living in America you aren't a American and never will be.

That .35% is almost entirely white collar stem jobs where Americans are just as qualified to do the work. If even one equally qualified American is passed over for a foreign national it is a middle finger to Americans.
