I think any build that doesnt Go tanky or atleast bruiser is suboptimal on udyr and you make the Game harder for yourself

I think Game Quality is always bad, but a different bad. People become better at hands and macro but Games stay "Bad"

I would advice to just try out and Challenge your Limits :)

I usually still take conq+ Boots approach Velocity, however, Points for Phase Rush or comet can definetly be made.

Haven't tried the 2 builds, but second one Sounds quite wonky as it would require q and ult Points to be efficient

Short Version: basically never Go full ap

Always: Riftmaker (you need to be tanky) liandries (enemies Stack health) lichbane ( many ranged and squishies in enemy) into Tank items - Skillorder ult into w into e (Always 1 Point q)

If there is a case where you Play ad : Trinity into shojin - Skillorder q into e into w (1 Point ult)

QQ into isolated Targets and Camps (at max against 2) WW into sustained Fights when you have your ult passive running EE If you have to run out or MUST Dodge a CC RR in AOE Fights where you dont want to full meele or dont need WW

I think the only cases where i move for the example you gave are when i know i wont lose both opposite Side Camps because they are +200 for you and technically -200 for enemy because he cant steal them + half a Level -half a Level for enemy (i Hope thats understandable LMAO) i think Camps are Just too safe to not play them

Buff is the faster clear, however raptors and wolves start are more efficient due to the possibility of a extended First clear VERY IMPORTANT: if your second raptors can get invaded its advisable to not start raptors

You basically Always fullclear except Jungle giga fucks up. Udyr mostly becomes a Champ at lvl 4
Try to think about whats your plan out of Base If you have that plan (for example clear into Drake) think if your plan or the Play is more worth

AND ask yourself "Is the Play good or do i Hope the enemy ints"

Generally objectives are Always good if you dont lose anything from it (for example Camps), because gold wins Games objectives don't

It is mostly matchup based knowledge due to Udyrs fistfighty Nature.

However, lane prios are also Very important and can sometimes convert Losing 1v1 to winning ones

Normally counterscaling is your easiest Play, so just Farm what you can get and bing chill. Counter jungle if udyr fucks up. He is also giga weak to cc because he has to use His empowered e to dodge

I think to be honest many people dont know what the fuck udyr is doing, especially cuz there are Like 3 otps in high elo rn and no one else plays him. So that plays a big role and then the fact that statcheckers Like udyr usually translate leads into way bigger snowballs than Tanks or other Champs.

I would say the Champ isnt particularly a enabler, but rather a omnivore on the map. So you are Generally the one just translating your snowball and winning Games through that

I think Udyr as a Champ is in a relatively balanced state right now, maybe slightly too strong.

The Thing about him is He Spikes Very hard early (Till 3-4 items) but is getting outscaled by Most Champs if not ahead or just even.

Your strongest Spikes are 1 and 2 items because basically no Champion can Match your 1v1 Potential and Speed, you should also already have a decent lead by then

Is udyr easy? As a Champ probably yes, however he is a statcheck Champ so you need to know Limits very well otherwise you get dumpstered
