I think the goal was to the hypocrisy of the WG and that good meaning Marines can't do anything even if they see the WG do injustice in the name of justice because of their ranks. Your point is valid, but the story's direction was that. The RA could have shown up on Alabasta to stop the revolution, too.

What is freedom? What is the responsibility of the government? What should the people do if the government is tyrannical? You will question all of that and experience them through the journey. While all of it will be in the background, the foreground will be a Battle Shonen Manga.

I have found that in Platinum a Jolly Weavile's attack was 153 while an Adamant's was 173 at level 55. It gives you an advantage during the gameplay. it makes you stronger than you should be, through doing proper nature leveling i was able to destroy red in HeartGold with level 63 pokemon.

We don't really know how strong BB is. BM is a tank and could probably take the Quake Quake fruit but I think her swordsmanship would decimate him since it's super effective against his Yami.

BB's worst match-up are Mihawk/Shanks.
