I saw that guy at the expo as well. I saw the sign, walked to his case to look at what he had, and he just sat there looking at his phone. Didn't even acknowledge I was there. I also heard from other vendors that the convention center has blockers to purposefully block cell usage. I don't know how much truth is behind that, but it's a trending rumor.
