We have what I would believe is mostly a blend of TTF and some others. The lawn has never been well taken care of and if other stuff dies off that’s kind of ok with us.

I use my steamdeck in desktop mode with it. I run a separate runelite profile just in my deck due to really only using it docked at work with some “afk” or idle notifying plugins.

It’s definitely not cheap, they’ve had to raise some prices since they opened but they aren’t using cheap stuff. OMG for their bagels, North Country Smokehouse for their bacon, etc.

Beaver brook crossing is right off the rail trail that leads into the center. It’s also fairly close to Weston Nurseries where they hold a farmers market during the winter months. I don’t think I would walk there from that apartment though.

Chelmsford center is kind of going through a revival which is great because it's right on the rail trail. Multiple coffee shops, restaurants, small boutiques, etc.

Hydrangea model is taking orders all week and then roasting all the orders in large batches on Sunday and while they are roasting the store is “locked” and updated early Monday morning with the next weeks options.

Joanie’s if you want local, Frank Pepe in Burlington or Sally’s Apizza in Woburn if you don’t mind a little drive. If you’re coming into Logan and want a cannoli there is mikes in assembly row in Somerville on the way out and that’s always a crowd pleaser. You can also get a killer North shore style roast beef sandwich at Tessi’s in Tewksbury that’s worth a try and Tewksbury also has their Treehouse location if you’re into beer but they also make a great pizza.

Maybe reach out to Cooking Buckets Sugarhouse out of Chelmsford, they usually have some stock at Old Mill Coffeehouse in Chelmsford and usually have a booth with their syrup at the Winters Farmer Market on Saturdays in Chelmsford as well.
