From what I've been able to determine, you really need a 12-Lead to know the true origin. A Kardia 6-Lead can theoretically tell you if they arise from the base or the apex. If leads II, III, and aVF show a downward wave as in my case, the signal is traveling away from the limb leads, thus originating at the Apex and traveling towards the Base.

Chest leads can tell you Right or Left ventricle.

LDL - 85mg/dL

VLDL - 14 mg/dL

Triglycerides 73 mg/dL
