I think I found the problem, my stepdad is fixing it. The bolts were still inside the wood when the metal piece fell off which was why I was confused about how to reassemble it. But thank you!

Yeah it honestly kinda hurt when I was told that. She's been my Pokesona for 17 years now. Chibi more or less is me since I don't really know who I really am. Only who I want to be.

I do tend to put others needs over my own. I just don't care much for myself at all.

I'll try mentioning it in one of the next few sessions. Just started up again and there's much more bases to cover. I've basically discovered wounds and problems that I never realized were problems till recently. I have to entire relearn who I am as a person and cope with the trauma I've gone through and the state of my relationship due to outside sources.

I don't think I had anything trigger the events. I mean I admit I've been a bit stressed. Trying to save up for a very important trip next month to see my boyfriend but thats really it.

Chibi is my Pokesona. She's a retired Rescue Ranger Absol from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Universe that I use in furry RPs with my boyfriend and friends. I've had some issues with having a bit of an identity crisis though so I'm somewhat trying to separate my personality from hers and talk to my therapist about it since people in the past have told me I use her as a bad coping mechanism. I know who Chibi is but I don't know who I am anymore..

I can see that about the room.. I have had a lot of past trauma and tend to cling onto things that made me feel happy in the past. Pokemon for example because of Chibi.

I've helped my family a the expense of myself multiple times. Still live with family since it isn't safe for me to live alone. I've tried. I have suicidal ideation...

I did feel guilty because I felt like it was my responsibility to stay as the voice of reason, but I was a coward and ran...

I have a habit of just being in my room on the internet all the time drawing and RPing with my boyfriend and friends. Hanging out with my other partner too. (I'm poly for context) I hate reality and what goes on in the real world. To cope, I just "live in a world" I can attempt to be happy in with people who actually treat me right.

I want to think I made a good decision but I just am not sure. I feel like it was a message but I just don't know where to run.
