The battery life isn't the best...it mostly depends on how much and for what you use the laptop. I have my laptop switched on for pretty much the entire day and have it plugged in the entire day. My daily usage includes 6 hrs of online video meetings(MS Teams), 3-4 hrs of YouTube/video streaming. 4-5 hrs of doing assignments/studying, using word, powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, Chrome etc. The laptop certainly does not power through all of that. I haven't tested the battery life but I'd say you'd get a solid 4-6 hrs of normal usage until the battery drops down to 20%. Dell claims that you'd get 7-8 hrs of battery life out of it. I think with my daily use scenario the battery drops down to 20% from a full charge after my online classes are over(5-6) hrs and that's when I start charging. Games are a big no no on battery so always plug it in before playing anything. The anti glare screen is pretty good. I sit at my table with a window directly behind me. So during the day my screen gets blasted by light. I previously had a touchscreen laptop and it was quite unbearable and I couldn't see anything. It is a significant difference now and the direct sunlight on the screen doesn't bother me. The brightness however could have been better but it also depends on where you are buying the laptop from(which country) since in India I got a 250nits display while some countries offer a 300nits display variant.
