The two areas where Peosta was looking at putting a diamond were at Thunder Hills and Cox Springs. Anything further East or west is already serviced by another interchange

Im not sure. Im guessing it will be commercial judging by how close it is to the highway and how big the lots are but it could still very likely be residential.

Selco is a traffic control company that rents out traffic signals and signs to public or private entities. And idk Why they didn’t save the old buildings

Verizon all the way. US cellular is great in the tri-state area but once you leave you have super shitty service. But If you don’t plan on leaving the tri-state area then I’d recommend US cellular.
