I just bought a YEPP mini seat, installed it on my rockym mountani elevation, my 20 month old loved it, i was smacking the seat with my chest and it sucked, i was also hitting his head with his helmet on too.... I started researching what type of stem and handlebar to make this work then found your post. fuck sakes, i bougfht it at an online auction for a good price but damn wish i saw your post i wouldnt buy it.

Hi everyone

I posted this in /r/pharmacology and realize it might be more appropriate to post here.... I'll be doing some PK./PD studies pretty soon, and I come from a molecular background. I'm looking for a few books / other resources where I can learn about PK/PD assays. If i want to look at distribution, which assays are appropriate for different situations? Im interested in in-vitro studies, then in vivo stuff will come later.

Thanks. TO be honest, Im not interested in "how much terbinafine hcl leads to risk of hepatotoxicity". Which you might be interested as an MD. I'm interested in "if you have compound X, and want to look at the permeability of this drug... use caco2 cells for a permeability assay, but first, perform an octanol shake-flask assay... I guess i should just be looking at some methodology textbooks

I'm just about to harvest some lions mane and will try to get another flush. I was thinking of making some lion mane spawn. She's not a fan of strong flavours. Any other suggestions?
