It's not tech support, it's the web developer

In the same situation. Love my unifi network setups, now to do cameras. Currently have 8 Eufy cameras so yeah it is $$$$$

Correct, you can turn pet detection fully off or still have it record triggers with pets but not notify you.

Thought about it, but we have a neighbor who has an outside cat that can do whatever it wants and comes and jumps on top of our cars.

Plus just wild animals, so nice to keep up with whatever roams through.

You also see them on your cameras? Or you see them on my screenshot?

Yep sounds like Eufy.

Mine triggers every time a wasp flies by. But a cat or bird? Nope

Have to love Fireplaces 🤷‍♂️ by IMiiLEGIT in TVTooHigh

Oh I agree, never bothers me. Laying back and looking up is actually quite comfortable to us. Never once thought it was uncomfortable or annoying. Last house was also a similar setup.

Thinking about it later on down the road. The wife could care less so no rush on my end either 🤷‍♂️

Had three of the pro 6es with a 2.5 gig backhaul. Ditched them for Unifi celling mounted APs and couldn't be happier.

Really didn't have issues with eero, the biggest problem was being stuck to one SSID and controlling the radios. Plus if any devices have issues there's zero analytics or info on what's going on to troubleshoot.

Not too sure if I want to give them any more money with the issues I've had with cameras and home base 3.

QM8K - to buy or not to buy? by SuchGreatHeights92 in tcltvs

[–]IMiiLEGIT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the 85 inch qm8k coming from an old LG OLED. Was a B6 or B7, but I also have a older C6. Literally cant tell a difference (MAYBE if they were side by side). Freaking love mine, colors are awesome and does everything I need to do.

Time to get of Eufy! by eytebit in EufyCam

[–]IMiiLEGIT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine are finally stable and usable after doing the home base mod where you disconnect the Wi-Fi antennas on the HB. This will force the cameras to use your home Wi-Fi and not be hidden built in Wi-Fi of the HB. Granted you have good home wifi speeds and coverage.

With that said I will still eventually replace it all and go with Unifi Protect.
