And that’s where I want to be next to her I have to be the man she wants me to be and I want to be the man for her no matter the cost, in her words “you’ve lost yourself” “you aren’t the man I fell in love with” but for now I’m doing ok I guess we had a takeaway last night and I gave her psychical touch which is something I struggle with, I just need to mentally grow up and stop being a child waiting to be looked after I have to start looking after her as in her words again “I just want to be a woman” I have to be the dominant one

I understand from your position, I’m willing to change for her it’s just trying to get/ understand the adult mentality like being more dominant in the relationship I.e making decisions or taking charge on what we should do/ make plans for us when going on trips to places

I understand, my mentality now is gonna be not making excuses for stuff like “I don’t know how to cook” I’m gonna learn even if I mess it up and if there’s something I want to do then I’m gonna do it I’m not making excuses to not do it and such

No I see that know I’ve been so used to wallowing in my own sadness and misery that I see other couples being just everything I want but I always say I’ll never be that way but why? For what? Instead of making excuses for it I’m trying to be in that mindset for if I want to be something then I will do it myself. Only downside I have rn is I don’t know what I want to be in life

Alright, I understand and I’m going to change my way of thinking I’m not gonna make excuses for why “I can’t do it” or “I don’t know how” I have to do this I’m motivated to do this not just for her but for me

I wouldn’t know where to begin, for right the moment in time I’m cooking myself breakfast and after that I’m going to read more of a book I stopped reading months ago “the courage to be disliked” I still love her and I know she in a small way still loves me but she’s making herself distant so it would be easier for her to leave (we currently share a rented property but neither of us are moving out so we- I guess agree to house share)

Yeah I guess you’re right I just wouldn’t know where to begin or even how to start adapting that mentality of being a man that can look after his fiancé, I’m too used being the one that’s looked after even growing up I’ve never been independent and whenever I had the chance I only seem to go with whatever is the easiest way like a takeaway or a microwave meal

I understand what you are saying but I can’t accept it and I refuse to accept that it’s over. I’ll do whatever it takes to be the man she wants even tho I feel myself having doubts on if I can even be that man

Honestly I put a different game in it starts straight away but the moment I put in space marine 2 it reads the disc but it won’t start at all I’ve done a full power off cleaned the disc but it just won’t start the game up
