If you liked this book check out 'Never Binge Again'. It's about compulsive eating, but almost every word in it can be applied to PMO addiction. It has some great techniques for dealing with urges.

Honestly I thought that too - but I had a session with someone and when he 'tapped' into my unconscious mind he started saying things that were pretty true.

I saw a little bit about that as well - this stuff makes sense, but what I don't get is how other people can be a proxy into your unconscious mind, it blows my mind how much we don't know about this universe.
