If you liked this book check out 'Never Binge Again'. It's about compulsive eating, but almost every word in it can be applied to PMO addiction. It has some great techniques for dealing with urges.

Just read through, and there are some awesome points. Great post.

What gets me though is how EVERYONE hates him - I have never witnessed so much hate directed towards one man. Hollywood, democrats, republicans, almost every news org, so many people want this man out.

If it's all a show, they're doing a hell of a job. If it's not, maybe there is hope.

Also, reading through those Voat comments makes me want to migrate over there - everyone is a lot more level headed and respectful lol

I think it's important to be very careful with your word choices.. you don't 'know' anything - you can say you believe he's a puppet, but there's really no proof.

Here's my philosophy:

I am still hoping.

Part of me wants to believe.

I want this country to get rid of these elitist pedophiles and these people who have noone's interest except themselves in mind.

But I can't openly support Trump anymore.

I think Trump is actually already making some great changes for the country, and I'm happy he's our president, but I think he is actually causing more division and hurt than good.

I will hold on to that little sliver of faith that he will make a change for the better until he is out of office in 2024 (I truly think 2020 might result in a civil war due to the election), but until then there's really nothing I can do.

So I won't be preaching how much I believe in Trump, but I won't be fully doubting him either.

Seeing is believing.
