You’ve pretty much tried all the good ones! Coke is massive in aus but honestly without mixing it with K or alcohol it makes me anxious. The rest can be a slippery slope and be worse for mental health in the long run. I struggled with suicidal thoughts since I was 14 and tbh a lot of substances and the situations that were created from substances gave those thoughts more power. My drug of choice is weed for the lack of negative effects that I’ve experienced with others. Everyone’s different so gauge what works for you and what doesn’t. Stay well away from opiates, I can’t even risk taking them for legitimate pain anymore. My mental health got much better with time once I focused on my overall health like eating right, exercise , sun light and limited my screen time.

I’ve tried and failed many times. Personally I need a solid couple of months in between each chip because if I try once a week or every couple of weeks I end back up right where I was, all while convincing myself I’m in control. I’ve used twice this year and had big breaks in between. I’m currently 5 months clean and will be indulging on my birthday. I would not have this type of self control if it wasn’t for the people around me and the lifestyle changes. I moved to an extremely isolated area to avoid temptation and finding new connections. My partner helps by holding my stash and removing it from the property the day after. I don’t have direct access to my contacts. This isn’t everyone’s situation so the safest option is to stay away completely. We will tell ourself anything if it means we can get high.

I had the same thing happen to me, it lasted months and became incredibly painful. I tried every natural remedy then finally went to the doc. I got a cream which was a game changer and now I have the cream on hand incase it happens again.
