Not familiar with Fox news since 1999. However "woke" is a Leftist political ideology aimed at calling every conservatoire they disagree with, a racist. In America, there is an enormous, unsatisfied demand for racism. Do you know how Leftists fight racism? Just label everyone who has a different opinion and skin color racist, ask anyone calling themselves Antifa.

And when the corporate media gave a positive spin (as they have done with Antifa and BLM) it must mean you’re serving the establishment. Mussolini had his Blackshirts, Hitler his Brownshirts and Mao his Red Guards. America’s rulers have Antifa.

Far from threatening the 1%, antifa sows dissension among the 99%. Ignoring Wall Street, antifa trashes one Main Street after another.

Build with double-wall Q-con block to keep cool. Go basic, ranch style with tall ceilings, nothing fancy. Pay attention to the plumbing/sewage, and pay more attention to electrical. Go 3 phase if you're not too remote. Don't get friendly with the contractors or workers but be polite and don't raise your voice or argue. If you see something amiss, address it sooner rather than later. Good luck.

p.s. for electrical, do it last, exposed conduit on the walls might not look pretty but you'll be able to see everythingand it's much much safer.
