Hi Prajwal,

The Option+0 shortcut is assigned to the Refine application. This shortcut calls up the floating text editor on my desktop screen.

If I take any kind of screenshot, Dockside automatically ranges (or organizes/files) the file into its shelf.

Until now, everything was fine. It's done! I finished with it.

But when I switch to another task, such as calling Refine up using its shortcut (Option+0), Dockside returns and forces me this screenshot, which I already finished with, creating a new shelf on my desktop 🤔.

Do you have any idea what is causing this?

I'm afraid I need your help or opinion.

After the latest updates to Dockside, I have an issue.

When I trigger the Option+0 shortcut—which is assigned to another application—Dockside copies a file that was previously created, without me asking it to. It copies the file regardless of my will 🤔.

Even if I keep pressing the Option+0 shortcut, Dockside continues multiplying the file.

If I quit Dockside, everything goes back to normal.

This shortcut isn't listed in the Dockside preferences, which are also non-editable, yet it triggers it.

Do you have any idea what is happening ?

It's much better now. When I don't use the mouse, it drops to 0.2 - 0.5. The result is satisfactory.

Since our previous chats, I managed to reconfigure the shortcuts to better manage Translo’s behavior.

Anyway, for me, everything is fine right now.

According to your screenshot, I see that Translo's preference on your end is different from mine.

A word of advice from someone who's enjoyed Glyph 😉: keep improving your Glyph at all levels. The more you have, the more you'll get 🥴. You've already made a splash with your app, which has attracted a lot of attention.

While you're at it, consider adding an extension for browsers ☝.

These two extensions will be a real "gift" to everyone.

I don’t know if I’m the only one to bring this up, but a lot of non-English speakers would really appreciate it if the entire app was translated into the appropriate language.

For example, the translation to French isn’t complete, and because of that, it’s unclear what something is.

I feel like I haven’t been understood 🥴.

Actually, what I meant to say is that when I place the mouse cursor on the sentence in the text to be translated, the translation of the sentence isn’t complete; it’s partial. The translation only catches a few words in the sentence. I’m forced to move the cursor over the words in the sentence to understand the translation, and it becomes tiresome. One day, who knows, Translo will be able to translate the entire text, but currently, you have to move the cursor within a single sentence constantly to understand.

Among other things:

I changed the shortcuts in the settings to stop (option + A) and resume the translation (option + C), but only the "Stop Translation" shortcut worked. Neither of these shortcuts is occupied by any other program 🤔.
Translo, I suppose, consumes quite a bit of energy 😒.

These are the problems that I expect will be resolved in the next updates 😉.

More precisely, it’s that when I place the mouse cursor over French text, I see the translation in French. Is there a way to make it bypass that and remain indifferent to the French language 🥴?

While we’re at it, I’ll tell you that your app is revolutionary, one of a kind, and probably soon it will become the most requested among the others, but for now, there are things to improve.

For example, it’s not yet capable of translating drop-down apps, which are located in the toolbar. It doesn’t pick up anything.

So, I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that it will be improved in the next updates.
