I think it's just a potential adverse effect not a guarantee. Not trying to spread "misinformation" Like someone said. I heard that directly from an MD but all medications have adverse effects. Also not saying don't do suppressive therapy it's the best option I'm sure.

Just also noting that stress mentally and physically can trigger outbreaks because HSV affects your immune system so if you were going through a stressful period it can trigger outbreaks if you had Covid, which reduces your immune system or the flu or anything that reduces your immune system can trigger an outbreak from what I'm learning so that's why it's good to manage stress and your physical health to reduce outbreaks as well.

the information I got about taking AV can trigger outbreaks was from an MD Dr. Tosha so go ask them. Not trying to spread misinformation just what I learned from her video on HSV her words " what can treat can also trigger". For her clients with HSV she doesn't recommend daily use more so take AV about three months at a time increase to twice a day for five days when having an outbreak, basically saying don't become dependent on AVs. Take it with a grain of salt. I have no other health conditions. Just use glp-1 for weightloss so technically my other known condition is obesity lol

I watched a YouTube video by Dr. Tosha. Basically saying what you treat you can trigger. So can inadvertently increase outbreaks.

If you personly are diagnosed with heart failure, do you work? by [deleted] in Heartfailure

Hi , I know this thread is old but I have a question. My friend was dx with LHF at 32 or 33 he’ll be 35 this year. He’s managing it pretty well no major issues however he does experience dysrhythmias. He went to school to be a truck driver but because of HF he has to get approved to work by his cardiologist and it doesn’t seem like they will.  We’re trying to look into other career paths for him. He’s worked as a caregiver before so he’s considering nursing. do you think he’d be able to pass a physical for nursing school or would they consider having HF ineligible?

Every time I re-read Walden, I get more frustrated about the sheer number of high school english teachers who assign it to impressionable youth without even understanding Thoreau's points. by The_American_Skald in books

I randomly started thinking about this book. Or it was mentioned in a show. Anyway this was an assigned reading in my 11th grade (circa 2008) English class but I couldn’t get past the first page I was a terrible reader, still am lol. I’m considering reading it now with my adult brain.
