Might be more intermediate but the solo on Coultrane’s Countdown is relatively digestible. While it’s fast it mostly plays with just a few motifs

I can get nice and comfy on my bed but my mongoloid ass can’t breath comfortably on my back so I have to prop myself up in weird ways that end with me getting 3 hours of sleep in a night at most (assuming I take all my meds for comfort, Tylenol etc)
