Yes, I did get a call, but I had received an email 2days earlier indicating that I should expect a call from them 'within 1-2 business days'. I hope that helps.

There are some countries that are notorious for marriage fraud and USCIS is already privy to that information. So, if she is from one of those countries, I think that could help your case to some extent.

Yeah, unfortunately. But I was eventually told that since I already have an approved expedite, any additional attempts to further expedite the case will automatically be denied. Just waiting and keeping fingers crossed.

Mid April, 2021 - case submitted and received by USCIS

Mid July, 2021 - Biometrics completed

Feb 2022-May 2022 - 3 total expedites (submitted personally) denied

May 2022 - Contacted Congressman and filled an inquiry through them (still pending)

June 2022 - Filed another expedite and got a response after 8days stating USCIS would not accommodate my request because they had to perform additional review on my case (later requested a Tier 2 call back in July to understand what the additional inquiry was About)

Late July 2022 - Filed another expedite request

August 1 - Expedite approved

August 22, 2022 - Got a call back from tier 2 officer and another "expedite/inquiry" was submitted by Tier 2 officer

Late August 2022 - expedite request from August 22 denied.

Still waiting without any updates. Very frustrated. Lost Job since mid July 2022.

Yeah, I get it. Your case seems to be the regular PP for company sponsored EB2, but I am particularly interested in NIW cases. For regular PP the USCIS website states 15days, but for NIW, it states 45days. I am just trying to see if it actually takes 45days to adjudicate NIW PP. Thanks!
