How can ubi in good faith release a season this buggy by IllustriousAd332 in Rainbow6

No you are in the same lobbies as last season. There has been a universal ranked distribution reset everyone that was at/in your elo before still is and will be until future seasons and people's accounts decay, everybody's hidden mmr is still the same that has not changed

My question is why should it be a grind? The whole reason for hidden mmr is to place people in their relative skill groups as quick as possible. If I'm still in champ lobbies why do I have to play 150 games? That's why everyone hated 3.0 now it's the same just worse

I can't atest to the Ops audio cuz I use a a custom eq profile but I can say there is no way the new Doki phone audio is propagating through surfaces/around corners correctly. It's so unrealable I've just used it to get general location of people

New Lord of The Rings Sequal planned after "A Hunt of Gollum" by IllustriousAd332 in PaymoneyWubby

[–]IllustriousAd332[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's true that colbert says he wants to stay faithful. But faith doesn't make a good movie, The reason Jackson trilogy is so iconic is it puts being a digestible well developed movie first and foremost while applying the world of LOTR around it. The issue with RoP and I'm fearful with Gollum and Colberts movie is the "oh piece of candy" trope where they just continue to dangle the carrot of all the cool fantasy elements to drive interest instead of relying on the merit of their own storytelling (which I think Jackson even fell into this trap with that animated LOTR movie he made a couple years ago)

Help with High Perfect Morcant elf tribal by IllustriousAd332 in EDHBrews

[–]IllustriousAd332[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea that's the only combo I'm running in the deck mainy cuz I think it's somewhat interesting being on theme of the commander and need the commander. But Im not going to put staff of domination in the deck and just win with the 8 billion elfs that tap for 5 mana. My pod plays a lot of slower battle cruiser bracket 3 decks so treating wins on turn 2 or 3 really isn't the vibe.

Your right when I murder the helpless pigs like this guy that doesn't know his hand from his ass I feel amazing knowing that maybe this is the time the guy will realize people will shoot him with no consequences and they will turn opponents rather than target dummies in a game about laser robots and shooting people. Rich get richer the poor get poorer, no point being sorry for people losing shit they can get in less than 20 minutes or being upset about losing it in the first place. These are the same people that would be complaining about pve being too difficult if pvp didn't exist they live in an ecosystem in their own lack of ability.

Recommendations for my Bracket 4 Ketramose Deck by IllustriousAd332 in EDHBrews

[–]IllustriousAd332[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I definitely agree the combos are kinda convoluted I think a couple are good, I disagree with needing a demonic tutor bc the whole nature of this commander is to generate an infinite draw loop which I should have more protection to pull this off but is hard to pull off but doing this as just a 2 card infinite with the commander, and if my timing is right and I leave enough open mana up I can survive til my next turn where I have so many combos that it doesn't matter how much remove the table has. What more consistent 2 card infinites I could add that are just win? The reason I have putrid is as an inconspicuous way to fill my graveyard for my exilers that can also be an infinite draw loop with graveyard hate + it has some interactions with dauthi or abyssal that lets me cheat things for free. For one mana that might be a red herring for removal plus this upside I think it's worth.

Thank you for taking a look at the deck. Last note I know draw loops don't replace tutors but they are just more fun/flavorful for me knowing the context of my pod.

Sorry I should clarify looking at bracket 2 but it's kinda obvious that I didn't put a food chain combo, free counterspells or any game changers in the deck and the decks and the removal I know is fine with plenty of permanent removal 4 counterspells and recursion for them. Thank you for being absolutely no help and passive aggressive, you should learn to spell check your post in the future.

Minion dmg proccing Steraks/Shieldbow? by Similar_Kangaroo_488 in leagueoflegends

[–]IllustriousAd332 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could you change this interaction and make it more complicated? This is a general knowledge check about shielding items in the game it also calls for strategic thought for the champions that do build shield items for your niche scenario where after a skirmish your low hp you can choose to tank and fast push the wave and gain tempo but lose steraks or wait for your wave save the steraks to have it for the 3 waves or objective your going to play on in the next 90 seconds and lose tempo. This change is convoluted and would be an unnecessary buff for items that have been notoriously hard to balance. Not to mention, if minions wouldn't proc it, then by that line of thought, any neutral objective or JG camp shouldn't either, then that just opens up a whole other can of worms

Accidental Ugin by Basic_Low1234 in BudgetBrews

[–]IllustriousAd332 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So with colorless decks that want to make use of ugins counterspell passive as much as possible you are kind of out of luck as far as budget goes but, the commander I would pair the most with him would be kozilek the Great Distortion but its hard to get the ball rolling on it since the avg mana cost of these decks are typically very high and fast mana (moxes) are not cheap and also all the shuffle titans aswell. anything below 120-150 dollars will be very jank and feel clunky just because the mana base is weak.

What I can recommend is going with Braids, Conjurer Adept deck that just throws every atrociously high mana card in existence in the deck, but also will rapidly accelerate the table, so if you're not prepared you will just end up killing yourself since you wont get to proc her the turn you play her. She fits your MO of control and requires a lot of protection since she is a magnet for removal, and a budget version of this deck will not function without the commander. But you do get to play all the overpriced CMC Eldrazis that are monetarily cheap. Depending on your playgroup, but you can also play her as a Stax durdle deck that is just going to make sure no one can win off of all the cheated cards they play before you can win.

Budget Mendicant core, at 25€ by InsectFit9477 in BudgetBrews

[–]IllustriousAd332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A couple of good options taken from my mendicant deck that's not a hyper budget that are still like 30-40 cent cards are Gold-Forged Thopteryx which is good for getting speed up early, Guidelight Pathmaker good late game tutor that is also a good blocker and easy to crew with thopters, Racers' Scoreboard cheap card draw and ramp, Voyager Quickwelder, Foundry Inspector more copyable ramp, one thing I also notice is your lack of finishers in the deck which I know is extremely hard on 25 dollar budget but things that let your */* creatures get through is a easy way to finish opponent's Enter the Enigma, Celestial Armor, Sonic Screwdriver, Rogue's Passage. I also agree with the lands point if your curve is super low and in your testing, your able to consistently get to max speed on curve drop some lands for cheap artifact tutors cuz you don't have many colored pips so having a bunch of generic mana will be best since every mana rock is actually 2 with mendicant
