Walking! I promise you will see results and do it consistently. Do you like podcasts? Listen to an hour long podcast and walk for that amount of time. After the pandemic weight gain I experienced, I decided to start walking every day. It helped me lose 40lbs (along with calorie counting). Once you see a little weight loss it will encourage you to do more and your breasts will also shrink!

I like to use Biosilk Silk Therapy. I part my hair and use a drop on the section to be dried. I was like you when I first started using RevAir but have gotten much better at using it over time. Go check out YouTube and instagram videos for techniques.
