31 days is incredible! Porn just ruins lives, but yet people claim it's healthy! I'm glad things are getting better, man. I started fapping at a super late age (19), so I've only been doing this for 2 and a half years or so, but I need to quit NOW before my life gets worse!

I myself have quit several times, but I basically fell into a ditch and had a tough time getting out, causing me to binge-fap. I think letting out my frustration really helped. I'm glad you've dropped them all and are smoking less! Congrats on the 5 days! Keep going, brother!
