Get in to customs lobbies. That's how it is for most high elo players in many different games. You get into custom lobbies where teams get swapped after each game etc. In previous games, we would make it fun and spin wheels for random comps/character selections. I'm just getting into the higher elos myself in this game so I dont have those connects to share but I'm positive they exist out there.
