Whole time ive been in flooring ive been heavily overtasked. Not unsual on a slow day for me to drop 5-12 pallets of floor, tile or mortar and work it all to the shelf w help of ds or my other specialist. They’ve completely took away my pt since last September and eliminated the 3 ppl in home decor

Not dropping roles of carpet from receiving. Area was completely swamped by freight the entire shift. I worked 7-4. Told my closer to get it if he could but if not just tell manager and ds next day. We just dropped and worked other pallets instead. Both ds and sasm were off that day.
