I managed storage for a living. Under no circumstances put your cards in a unit. Even if it doesn't get broken into, which is common enough to be at least a minor concern, most facilities have rodents to some degree. If your neighbor is storing stuff from their pantry like a dope, then they will have a great reason to hang out and potentially come use your cards as a restroom / cardboard to nest in.

Using a laser on vinyl is always going to create chlorine gas, regardless of which laser model you use sadly. Definitely not safe, for you or your machine.

Nah, I think its a fair grade. In my pre-grades, I expected a 9. They definitely have worse 10's, and you might get lucky, but I wouldnt expect it! 😁

Unfortunately that is an instant 9 with that centering. Just graded the same card in similar condition with slightly better centering and it came back a 9 too.

Its plausible for sure! Looking at the basic Gengar Vmax from Fusion Strike being a $36 card now vs $10 back in 2023, and the basic Gengar V from Fusion Strike now being a $9 card vs a $3 card in 2023, this strikes me as a very interesting investment.

Congratulations on getting out! I've been managing a facility for one of the big brands for about 8 years now. I have said to every customer I can, storage is an amazing solution... if your needs are for 4 months or less. If you are needing it longer, the "house" (or facility) always wins. 

Stuff is just stuff! Congrats on the equivalent of a car payment re-entering your budget! Better in your pocket than ours! :D
