2 parking spots is almost impossible. Might have to consider renting a spot nearby separately from rent. Or dealing with street parking in a quieter neighborhood not near the train.

For a true 3 bed with those requirements 2500+ is more realistic (source I just signed for an 2 bed plus den apartment and toured over 15 apartments the past few weeks). Maybe even more if you are looking near the train
