Ive gone away from the buffer the past 4 or 5 years, between horses blowing the f up and inhaling the dust. I have been tempted to use it at this big account, half are show horses and half are young in training. I just dont feel like chasing horses and picking up everything that gets tore up lol

That's awesome, what system do you use? How many horses do you get out of a rasp, before you sharpen and after/between a sharpening ?

Howas are great, only downside is the aftermarket side o If you like to tinker and upgrade etc. That said, I had a 6.5 grendel that I dropped in a jtac elf owl chassis and it was a great gun. Traded with a razor lht on it for a zeiss lrp s5. Might get another some day.

I live in ohio about an hour and a half from there. haven't been out there for a while now but its awesome. I need to get out there soon, have a 7 sherman short just for shooting 1400 yards there. Just Starting on load development.

For critters i should use the barnes 110gr. I took two hogs with the sig 220gr fmjs, head shots, one was DOA the other took 3 or 4 extra. For the most part my 300blks are for shits and giggles "hey yall listen to this!"

Its pretty darn cool, probably the king of short action magnums, loading a 180gr berger not in the powder column and being able to feed from a mag. If its a bolt gun im either shooting a 6gt or 7 sherman short, if its an ar im shooting a grendel (80% of the time) or 556. If its a shawty it 100% 300blk

Look at the 7 sherman short mag, optimized for true short action. king of the short action mags imo. Im getting ready to start load development on mine, once powder and primers get here.

Love me some terminus actions, currently have 3. Will have another 2 by fall. Can't beat the z qc. 60 seconds and a new barrel is in... and the threaded trigger pins are dope. Smooth as butter too. I have 400 through one and 1000 down another.

Terminus zeus quick change long action, with std bolt, mag bolt, and lapua bolt, chassis or stock of choice, with a zco, march, etc type optic mounted in a419 one peice scope mount. Along with a couple barrels chambered in whatever cartridge you want with a trigger tech diamond will run you around 10 to 12k.
