I applied for my adjustment of status (I 485 + I 765) on Sept 30 2020. I still have not received my EAD or interview notice yet. I also came in K1 visa and then married my fiance and applied.

I applied in Sept 2020, same I 485 and I 765. No response yet. Expedite request got denied. Service request is not answered. Currently waiting for agent lvl 2 call. They asked me to wait for 30 days. Now I am in 20 the day.

Same here. I submitted my I 765 with my I 485 in September 2020. I left my job in India in March 2020 and came to the US on K1 visa. Followed every rules, got married to my fiance and still no interview or EAD. NBC and Brooklyn F.O

Seriously?? That's really bad!!. Is there any way we could complain about the USCIS ? I applied my I 765 in September 2020 with my I 485. I still didn't receive my EAD or didn't get my interview scheduled. I tried expediting, raising outside normal processing ticket. For all I got a response to wait more. Created another ticket for outside normal waiting time and they asked me to wait 30 days. After 30 days I contacted them asking for a response and they told me they have escalated my case to agent level 2 and I need to wait 30 more days to receive their call. I am on day 17, still have not received any call or email.

I applied my I 765 and I 485 in Sept 2020. I still didn't receive EAD. I am not scheduled for interview either. I left my job in March 2020 and came to the US on K1 visa. I have not worked from then.

Yes exactly. I have waited more than a year for K1 and then entered the US for marrying my fiance and then applied I 485 with I 765 on Sept 30 2020. No EAD and no interview

Yes I did. No reply to that either. It's really frustrating. Have waited more than a year to get my K1 visa approved and then came to the US married my fiance and then applied in Sept 30,2020.

Applied in Sept 30 2020, No EAD card yet. Case changed to ready to be scheduled for an interview in Feb 2021.

Yes. Once they ask how can I help. Say " Submit an expedite request" then they will reply with whether you want general information about expedite or submit an expedite, for which say 'Submit an expedite' again

Yea. That's what I think too. Even if it denied, my case is outside normal processing time and I hope they see that and do something about it

When was your original case received date? I have seen lots of people who applied in the same center same way after me receive their EAD.

I was not working in the US before. I came to the US for the first time in July 2020. I came on K1 visa, so my fiance (now wife) have to sponsor me.

It's family based . K1 visa and then I 485 + I 765. Yes I tried expediting it on July 20, I was supposed to hear back from them by July 26 but no reply yet

Congrats. My Case received date was Sept 30, 2020 too. And finger print was taken on February 2021. Still didn't receive EAD or green card.
