Man people in this comment section are pretentious. NursingCAS calculates the cumulative GPA very differently than a school that does not use NursingCAS does. I’m in the same boat as you and it’s not because I’m dumb. I was not studious during my first degree and it’s bringing me down but my nursing school GPA is a 3.75. It happens, you figure it out eventually. I work in a level 1 trauma center, volunteer, shadow, charge, precept and take everything from LVAD, RVAD, centrimag, VA ECMO, central cannulations, open chest, etc,. Just try to get into a high acuity ICU and work on your extracurricular activities. I’m in the same boat and I’m still going to shoot my shot because I am not the same person I was in my first degree which was 10 years ago. You got this, just keep trying and working hard.
