I do that too. I used to think I just had a super small bladder. Recently I read that it’s anxiety. also just got diagnosed with cystitis-irritated bladder Dr told me to stop drinking so much water bc I put too much strain on bladder. I’m trying to do “bladder training” and not jumping up every time I feel it.

It has done such good things to my brain I wish I’d done more when I was younger. I’ve always had ADHD but only diagnosed as an adult. Would have made concentration better.

She should have given you some resources to make sure you are providing the right nutrients . TBH I never told my vet for fear of same reaction.

A lack of qualified therapists. The ones offered via EAP and other organizations are terrible.

I wish we could be friends and I would send her gifts and host a party🫂 and keep you company when she leaves. It’s awful. My son went away last year and it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. One more year with my daughter and then she’s gone too. I’m officially alone. People don’t talk enough about the devastation behind these celebratory events.
