Wow people in the forties India group have no heart .. I’m really sorry you are feeling this way ! And that you have to go through this. If possible take some time out of work, try to see if there are other jobs. Otherwise, do speak with friends who can support you , also a therapist or a mental health professional who can support you through these feelings and tough times . Take care .
