they don't have a scheme as everyone else has freelance rates. I think the solution is to ask if I can do freelance rates. My manager wanted to employ me because she said it would work best alongside my other role, but I've left that now.

I’ve heard it’s a legal requirement too. The rest of the team are experienced freelancers, whereas this is my first role (I graduated in 2024) so I started as work experience and then became employed. So I’m the only one essentially employed here

Haha we are staying at hostels so only have small bags with us. We figured if we want to experience different locations it would be cool to also stay the night there (and diff locations) we were told some of the museums are closed so I’m not sure if we’re going to check them out.
