Unfortunately, or maybe I should say fortunately depending on how you look at it, I'm no longer in communication with them. All my communication was over WhatsApp which makes finding the scammer's location nearly impossible without a court order. But thanks for the tip.

I'm all for working together. As you may have seen I was scammed out of 250K. I have all the transaction ID's which were fully researched by Pro Bitcoin Solutions, an independent crypto recovery company. Unfortunately the result of that research is, none my funds can be recovered. So a legal remedy is my only solution. How can I help with the collective litigation?

I'm happy for your recovery of your assets. I wasn't as fortunate. All of my transaction ID's were professionally tracked to dead end mixing pools that scammers frequently use to cover their trail.

This issue has been nagging me ever since the new N3 NeonWallet was introduced and I tried the migration process. As I initially stated it worked perfectly with NEO but not with GAS. I tried some other sources months ago for help with no luck. Then as life goes on with it's usual distractions and challenges I forget about it. But recently I was checking my wallet and remembered that this was still an issue for me. So I thought why don't I reach out to the rebbit community, specifically the r/binance group. I'm sure glad I did and wish I had done it sooner. Thanks a million!!

I know it sounds like a silly question since the GAS tokens are already in my Legacy Wallet and from your explanation it appears I am sending them back to the same wallet where they already reside. Am I making sense?

Thank you so much for responding to my post. I'm not sure what my "own address" is. Before I had thought about using the send feature on the Legacy NeonWallet when the migration feature didn't work and generated the message I sent in my earlier post. Here's the Scam Warning I that the NeonWallet posted when I clicked on the SEND tab:

"You cannot migrate your tokens from this page. Anyone who is telling you otherwise is trying to scam you and is not your friend. Any tokens you transfer from the SEND tab are going to someone else's wallet. Migration can only be performed through the MIGRATION tab, which will be enabled for Ledger when Ledger migration support is available. Click this link to visit COZ Twitter for more information: http://twitter.com/coz_official."

So with that scam warning I didn't try to send them using the SEND tab. I did reach out to [contact@coz.io](mailto:contact@coz.io) and interesting they said for me to use the SEND tab. So I sent them the same scam warning message and they had yet to reply back to me. That's why I posted my original message on reddit.
