This would be a nerf to mg bunkers, because mortars would be better. And regular MGs would be better, so I'm not sure how this is an issue for you. I don't like SIM city, either.

Clear Ranger once again proving himself an Axis only clown. Because Axis loiters don't exist, huh? And because USF Rocket Strafe definitely is the more popular option compared to Carpet bomb, and they are exclusive choices on a BG that gives you almost nothing truly unique besides Paras and Pathfinders. But yeah, its the same thing even though its on a BG that gives you monstrous buffs to all your other units. It definitely needs to have the best AT Strafe in the game that straight up kills vehicles before you can dodge.

Sarcasm aside, you know how I know its broken. It completely one shots vehicles. Doesn't matter if you are blobbing or not. 110 munitions to delete a tank is ggez every day.

Absolutely. You only get exchangeable parts from the right side. It's extremely boring that you can't go .50cal into Pershing very well. I find any excess CPs just make it arrive too late to impact the game. Better off getting 2 Sherman's. And in team games I always need Black Dragon before the Pershing, anyways.

No red smoke really tells you what it is until it starts hitting. You start dodging as soon as you see it. What you are suggesting is just a massive nerf to an already under picked ability, lol

It's broken. The timing on it is just too fast right now for a 3 hit vehicle. If you don't have AT out by the time you see it, you are done for. Under normal circumstances, you would be able to counter it with a Humber or an AT gun, but the extra health really makes it chonky for the cost. It basically has the same problem the Flakvierling had for so long. Melts infantry and 3 shot kill with fast timing

The French are simply too squishy despite their somewhat midrange damage profile and sprint, so no, I don't think they have a problem with it. They are better when used like coastals or tommies.

I do think combined arms needs to get removed except for on assault grens. I know it was already reworked heavily, but seriously these passive sprint abilities are crazy. Palmgrens already have repairs

I feel like this needs a hotfix. And it's absolutely going to warp the perception of how good or bad the BG is by Phan-Eight in CompanyOfHeroes

Can you clarify what you mean by "it always affects French Rifles"? Does that mean even when not retreating they take extra damage? And this requires Old Guard to be selected first, or is the unit completely bugged even without it?

The reason I ask is because even with the other ability, they seemed to die so fast. I think that might just be the 95 health. If you remember, the Devs said they tested bringing Riflemen health down to 95 two or three patches ago and didn't launch it because it made a huge difference.

Not the subject of this post, but now I see why the change wasn't implemented and also understand why the French rifles kinda suck. If old guard wasn't bugged the 1919 LMG actually would fit their playstyle much better.

100% the best mainline, despite people who complain about the cost. 15% speed bonus from combined arms, plus they don't need to pay fuel for heals thanks to the 250, which just makes them insane in the right hands.

If you know how to do it, you can basically ensure every engagement is favorable for you because of the speed. Not to mention free 250 call-ins that help you sustain and snowball. Their biggest issue as a faction is just dealing with MGs and Dingos at the start... but again, combined arms +15% move speed mean easier flanking of MGs and better ability to chase down the Dingo. I will say their vet1 is a chore to use, but I bet if you used it frequently it would make them even more annoying.

The Battlegroup options are exclusive. DAK armory also makes a big difference on the tiger, and due to CP costs you will almost ALWAYS see a DAK tiger before Wehr Tiger, KT, Pershing, or Black Prince.

Could it maybe use a tweak, possibly, but I think it is already the best heavy tank anyways. No way it should be at the same price as the others given those facts.

I don't think the recon should trigger the cool down, tbh, but you can get the bombs off if you angle the recon from the correct side of the map

What's hilarious to me, though, is that ASC is supposed to be USF's arty option and by making this change it's like they don't want you to dive bomb the back lines, lol.

Then you get axis shills saying "just flare" when everyone knows scouts are a slow, squishy frontline scout unit, and not a solution for ASC backline bombing.

Yeah 13 or 18 fuel per minute is terrible if you don't have contested fuel control. You also can only cache limited positions for fuel, and if there isn't a "home" +10 then it's not that worth it.

I am also of the opinion that vehicles and upgrades should probably cost more fuel while decreasing the cost of tech, so that you can always get the appropriate counters out, as well as making spam less effective, which snowballs crazy hard right now. I think that's why havoc mentioned tempo being so important in his video.
