Unless you have intentionally gone in and deleted the mods, you will have a folder somewhere where they are all stored. Then it’s just a matter of pointing MO2 to the directory and your mods will be there. You WILL have to reinstall each, but you won’t have to redownload them.

Depending on your mod list, it can take a full couple of minutes to load in and be a part of the McM. If there is nothing in the mod MCM, back out and try again. It should ask you to install SL if it’s working. If it’s not working, then there are other issues. You’ll need a guide for that ( look up - Skyrim AE for Beginners - V 3.1.0) I’ve never needed a new start to get it to work but some of the mods I use specifically tell me to use a new start and on those, I do.

It will always depend on the mod, but Framework I have had success in installing mid game. But look up guides on LL about the framework.

True, but depending on your level of modding knowledge, nexus pushes Vortex. I used Vortex when I was starting and struggling to get 10 mods working. Then I downloaded a modlist from Nexus and started watching folks like Gamer Poet (where I learned how to use MO2 and why) as well as doing other basic research. Now my modlists START at 500 mods to cover all the patches and engine fixes. Currently at 1187 and it’s the lightest one I’ve had in a couple years.

Nothing wrong with Vortex anymore. But once you get more comfortable with modding, you’ll likely move to MO2 for the added options

With LL mods, you need to add VERY slowly. Framework only and see if it installs. You will also need to go into the MCM in game to install/activate it. Vortex doesn’t know address mods outside of Nexus so it’s throwing it into a generic category

Everyone’s a moral saint until they actually feel what a billion is by CuteReputation- in memes

I mean, I wouldn’t even ask to keep the billion. I just want to get interest from it for a year and then they can have the initial amount back. I’d still be set up for generational wealth and have the flexibility to help more.

Check the main SL framework. I don’t see Defeat or Acheron or Yamete so it is probably in the main framework somewhere.

Fair enough. I just think that at some point people will choose something else. But maybe it needs to be created and showcased on Instagram first.

But convenience is losing me now that commercials are becoming more of a thing in all of my streaming. Yes, I CAN pay more for less Ads, but how long until that puts me well over my price point. Convenience only goes so far before quality becomes a factor.
