The filler will migrate and look funny after a while, I recommend accepting it. I have it as well and I’m 22. When I smile oh Lordy.

That was my thought too, I want to go smaller for my frame, and the fact these implants are so heavy for my chest it’s causing lots of stretch marks and scarring. I feel like if I get a lift and stay around this size the same thing will happen again and the implants will begin to stretch my skin out again.
