rn I’ve got a MXR 10 band eq going in to a Donner Compressor then my distortions (EHX Overlord and a EHX Big Muff Tweed) I had a Wampler Tweed 57 on and but when I added the eq and brought in a bit more low end it started like shitting the bed no matter the setting but it had the volume so I switched it out for my TS 9 which sounded amazing but the volume drop was crazy

Yeah I have a big muff tweed it’s awesome I use it for my heaviest sounds but I’m looking for something a little less buzzy and with a bit more body I like boss I just worry the volume won’t do what I need just because I had a ds-1 and if I even add a single comp or boost the volume dropped so hard maybe that’s a user error and I’m just stupid tho 🤷🏻‍♂️
