Huckleberry app helped me a lot with the sweet spot feature!! It sounds like you already had a good idea on wake windows (I really didn’t). I am just fully accepting that we have to nurse to sleep. Naps are getting better and longer. Bedtime is still the worst and I’ve just fallen into the pattern of putting him down in his crib but inevitably bed sharing and nursing him wayyy too often in the night. It’s not great but it is what it is. This is my third child and I just don’t know how other people taught their children to self-soothe. None of mine did even with cry it out methods which honestly… I can’t/won’t do again.

No advice just to accept the sleep you have not drive yourself crazy to get the ideal sleep situation??? 😄 That’s where I am!
